FALL BACK AN HOUR: DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME ENDS THIS WEEKEND
This is the weekend to fall back an hour, as Daylight Saving Time comes to an end.
At 2 a.m. Sunday morning, standard time returns, meaning most people will get an extra hour of sleep.
The change also means the sun will rise earlier in the morning, but also set earlier in the evening.
Many electronic devices will automatically adjust the time, but people should make sure all of their clocks are in sync.
Standard time is observed in the Northern hemisphere from the first Sunday in November to the second Sunday in March, the day that Daylight Saving Time returns.
