BELLVILLE FFA WINS THREE STATE LEADERSHIP TITLES
Members of the Bellville FFA Chapter took home three state titles and several high-place finishes at competition this weekend.

Bellville competed against schools from across Texas at the State FFA Leadership Competition Friday and Saturday at Sam Houston State University.
Three Bellville teams placed first, with two other teams placing second and tenth. Bellville was also awarded State Leadership Sweepstakes for finishing with the most points accumulated in all of the different leadership events.
The first-place Senior Chapter Conducting team consists of Cole Helmcamp, Samantha Diezi, Morgan Hesters, Ryan Senogles, Lauren Lassus, Rachael Hohlt, Colton Kaase and Stewart Poffenberger.
The Junior Chapter Conducting team that took first place was made up of Maddie Diezi, Lydia Huebner, Jack Luedeker, Gracie Johnson, Wesley Shackelford, Jaylen Tesch, Ainsley Hancock, Quinn Huffman and Anna Wieprecht.
Maddie Diezi finished in first place as Greenhand Creed Speaker.
Coming in second place in the Senior Quiz category was the team of Emily Spiess, Lauren Lassus, James Schumann and Rachael Hohlt.
Finishing tenth was the Junior Farm Skills team of Kerby Krueger, Brody Diezi, Caydence Lischka and Emmy Novicke.
Both Chapter Conducting teams, along with the Greenhand Creed speaker, move on to the National FFA Convention Competition in Indianapolis next October.
