BLUE BELL TO RETURN TO LAS VEGAS
NEW DISTRIBUTION FACILITY TO BE LOCATED IN HENDERSON, NEVADA
Blue Bell Creameries is making a return to the Silver State.
The Brenham-based company announced this (Thursday) morning it will be expanding its distribution area to include Las Vegas and its surrounding cities in Nevada beginning in the spring of 2022.
A 14,000-square-foot distribution facility is being built in Henderson, Nevada, and the company will begin hiring for several positions.
Nevada will become the 23rd state where Blue Bell is sold.
Blue Bell Sales and Marketing Vice President Jimmy Lawhorn said it has always been the company’s goal to return to Las Vegas, and that it plans to arrive “just as the temperatures start rising.”
Cities that will be served include Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Henderson, Mesquite and Pahrump in Clark and Nye counties.
