28 INDICTMENTS RETURNED BY GRAND JURY
28 indictments were returned by the Washington County Grand Jury Tuesday.
Kevin Britton, 57 of Brenham, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offences.
Jaylon Latrell Caldwell, 19 of Tyler, was indicted for Theft between $2500 and $30,000.
Kelly Anne Middlebrooks, 54 of Chappell Hill, was indicted for Evading Arrest Detention with a Vehicle.
Robert Lee Reyna, 33 of Hondo, was indicted for Criminal Mischief between $2,500 and $30,000.
Luis Alexis Ruelas, 23 of Houston, was indicted for Tampering with a Government Record.
Mitchell Wayne Smith, 29 of Cypress, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offences.
Evan Michael Szarf, 40 of Brenham, was indicted for Possession of Controlled Substance, Theft of Copper, and Burglary of a Building.
Rogelio Villalobos, 25 of Houston, was indicted for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.
14 people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance. They are: William Ignacio Morales, 43 of Houston, Cristian Martell Daniel, 22 of Austin, Eliazar Torres Garcia, 34 of Brenham, David Edward Gurley, 39 of Brenham, Tenisha Lashar Lindsey, 30 of Huffman, Brian Cruz Martinez, 20 of Lewisville, Alex Ignacio Morales, 43 of Houston, Kharsen Dwaine Morant, 20 of Waller, Thomas Ykhoa Niekdam, 30 of Austin, Jason Matthew Nobles, 42 of Washington, Christopher Thomas Plagens, 43 of Brenham, Jose Rodriguez Prieto, 35 of Caldwell, Lisa Ann Taylor, 33 of Brenham, and Dorian Seamus Wilkins, 41 of The Woodlands.
The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the names can now be released.
Taylor Bullard, 32 of Bellville, was indicted for Credit or Debit Card Abuse – 2 counts.
Jacklyn Lopez, 31 of Brenham, was indicted for Theft between $2,500 and $30,000.
Rachel Graciano, 32 of Brenham, was indicted for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.
Alfredo Deleon, 39 of Caldwell, was indicted for Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath.
Marina Najera, 25 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Robbery.
Aubree Sarah Powell, 20 of Brenham, was indicted for Burglary of a Habitation.
