BLUEBONNET FESTIVAL THIS WEEKEND IN CHAPPELL HILL
One of Washington County’s largest annual events is happening this weekend in Chappell Hill.
The “Official State of Texas Bluebonnet Festival” runs tomorrow (Saturday) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in downtown Chappell Hill.
Joel Romo of the Chappell Hill Historical Society says the festival continues to grow each year, with more and more activities to enjoy while taking in the spring scenery.
In addition to the hundreds of juried arts and crafts vendors, live music and children’s activities, guests can take tours of the community’s historic buildings.
Admission is free, and parking is $10. Money from the festival benefits the Chappell Hill Historical Society.
