‘SCOOBY’, ‘ROSCOE’ NAMED PETS OF THE WEEK

Scooby and Roscoe are this week’s Pets of the Week at the Brenham Pet Adoption Center.
Brenham Animal Services says Scooby and Roscoe are young adult Labrador/Cattle Dog mixes who are spayed and neutered.
Staff members say both dogs came to the shelter from a working background, so each would be suited for a secure life with room to run and lots of love. They are not fans of cats and are on the rougher side with cattle, so the shelter recommends supervising them as they work.
Scooby is very people-friendly, curious and a bit shy until she relaxes, then she will sit by her owner’s side for belly rubs or treats. Roscoe also loves people and is on the shy side, but once he opens up, his personality shines.
