BRENHAM PLANNING AND ZONING APPROVES SCENIC ESTATES REPLAT

  

The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a residential replat in the Scenic Estates subdivision at its meeting today (Monday).

The replat applies to a 0.336 acre property developed with a single-family home on Whispering Oak Circle, owned by Billy and Irene Thaler, as well as a vacant 8.256 acre tract west of Twisted Oak Drive, owned by Michael and Lana Jo Branton.

The property owners requested the replat to increase the size of the single-family lot and provide a buffer between it and any further development of the vacant land.

The replat brings the size of the residential lot to 1.164 acres and the vacant tract to 7.427 acres.
