LA FIEBRE TO REPLACE RICK TREVINO AT TEXAS BIRTHDAY BASH
There has been a lineup change for the musical entertainment at the Texas Birthday Bash in downtown Navasota.
The City of Navasota says La Fiebre will replace Rick Trevino on Friday, March 3rd, after the city learned late last week that Trevino had been double booked and would be unable to perform.
Marketing and Communications Director Bobbie Ullrich says the city apologizes for the inconveniences of the change, but that La Fiebre “will enthusiastically bring their Tejano magic to open for La Mafia.”
The Texas Birthday Bash, in its 11th year, will be held March 3rd and 4th. The two-day music festival will celebrate Texas independence with music, food, shopping and fun.
Gates will open at 5 p.m. on March 3rd with Jeff Canada, followed by La Fiebre at 6:30 p.m. and headliner La Mafia at 8:30 p.m.
On March 4th, gates will open at 1 p.m. with Payton Howie. Jason Cassidy will then perform at 3:15 p.m. After that, Wade Hayes will take the stage at 5 p.m. Kevin Fowler will follow at 6:45 p.m., and the festival will conclude with Aaron Watson at 8:30 p.m.
