BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR INDECENCY WITH A CHILD
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham man was arrested on Sunday on a child indecency charge.
According to Washington County Sheriff Otto Hanak, the sheriff’s office began a criminal investigation on August 8th into felony allegations of Indecency with a Child.
The investigation led to the arrest of 61-year-old Noe R. Padilla.
County jail records show Padilla is charged with Indecency with a Child – Sexual Contact. He remains in custody on $150,000 bond.
Hanak said the investigation is ongoing and no further information is available at this time.
