SARAH MABIE NAMED TO THE TGCA 5A ALL STATE TEAM

The honors keep coming in for a member of the Brenham Cubette Softball Team.

Outfielder Sarah Mabie has been named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association 5A All State Team. 

This past season, as a junior, she had a .417 batting average, a .738 slugging percentage, a .450 on-base percentage, nine doubles, three triples, six homers, and 34 RBIs.

Previously, Mabie was selected as a First Team All-District Selection, an Academic All-District Selection, and at the Annual Sports Banquet, she was chosen as the team's Offensive MVP, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Female Athlete of the Year.

Mabie will be returning for her senior year in 2025, and then has committed to playing softball at the next level for Angelina College, which is coached by former Brenham Cubette Brette Kohring.

Sarah is the daughter of John and Gwynne Mabie.
