FAN INFORMATION FOR BURTON’S FIRST HOME GAME ON NEW FIELD
The Burton Panther Football Team is getting ready to host Iola in their Homecoming Game this Friday night at 7pm. It will be the first game to be held on the Panthers' new field.
Pre-sale tickets are available 8am-4pm daily thru Friday at the Burton ISD Central Administration Office at 701 North Railroad Street. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students, cash only.
Tickets will be available at the gate, but they encourage everyone to try to buy them in advance. The gates are scheduled to open at 5:30pm.
In regards to parking, Burton ISD said only vehicles with a handicap placard and event staff will be allowed to park within the stadium gate. They ask that fans please do not park by the school or along the sides of streets.
All home and visiting fans must park in the fields behind the Burton Cotton Gin at 307 North Main Street. Fans will have the option to ride a bus to and from the parking lot. ATVs will be available for those that are handicapped, and those not able to load on a bus. Fans can also walk if they choose to do so.
Concessions and restrooms will also be available.
Good news finally getting to have a home game and homecoming too! Bad news no place close to park sound familiar! Good grief well you can ride the bus.
