SIX SENTENCED IN 21ST DISTRICT COURT
Six people pleaded guilty and were sentenced this week in 21st District Court before Judge Reva Towslee Corbett.
19-year-old Jaxson Ryan Herring of Brenham, sentenced to three years in prison for Burglary of a Habitation, a second-degree felony.
53-year-old Troy Edward Seeker of Brenham, sentenced to three years in prison for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More, a third-degree felony.
44-year-old Michelle Ennette Garcia of Brenham, sentenced to 20 months in state jail for Theft from a Person and Burglary of a Building, both state jail felonies.
26-year-old Derek Aurel Dow of Houston, sentenced to 8 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a second-degree felony. Dow was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and complete 100 hours of community service.
19-year-old Eduardo Tolentino of Dale, sentenced to 5 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a second-degree felony. Tolentino was also fined $500 and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service.
36-year-old Lateasha Allen of Houston, sentenced to 2 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Assault Causing Bodily Injury, a Class A misdemeanor. Allen must also pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
