The Chappell Hill Historical Society announced the following winners of the 2015 Scarecrow contest.

The winners are:

2nd Place: Charles and Teannine Kriegel, 9110 Providence – “Merry Scarecrow Christmas Wedding”

3rd Place: Market on Main, 5145 Main St. Brandt House – “Scarecrows on the Bench”

Children’s Category:

1st and 2nd Place, Keely and Kord Mikolajchak, 5145 Main St. -“Dorothy & Cowboy Scarecrow”

3rd Place: The Romo Children, 9255 FM 1371 – “Scooby Doo & Shaggy with their Halloween Snacks”
