METROPOLITAN WATER CO. FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST BLUE WATER SYSTEMS

  

Metropolitan Water Co., LP of Brenham has filed a lawsuit against Blue Water Systems of Austin. Blue Water Systems allegedly failed to properly share revenue with Metropolitan Water Co. when it came to a planned major water export project from Burleson County to the City of San Antonio.

The suit was filed in December. The law suit states that Blue Water Systems is cutting Metropolitan Water Co. out of a $700 million deal over the next 30 years.
