FOUR BRENHAM RESIDENTS SENTENCED IN THE LATEST 21ST DISTRICT COURT

  

Four Brenham residents were among those sentenced in the latest session of the 21st Judicial District Court.

Eliseo Uriostegui Salgado, age 45, was sentenced to 10 years in prison probated 5 years after being charged with assault of a family member, impeding breath/circulation- a third degree felony stemming from a May 22nd incident.

Manuel Romero Hernandez, age 20, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for assault family member, impede breath/circulation- a third degree felony for an incident on December 10th of 2015.

Ja’rron Atkinson Moore, age 19, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for a theft of $1,500-$20,000. He will also have to perform 200 hours community service.

Oscar Cruz-Hernandez, age 38, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for possession of controlled substance. Cruz-Hernandez will also have to pay a $1,500 fine.

Also in the 21st District Court:

Tamendreon Obryant Phillips, age 29, Chappell Hill was sentenced to 14 months in the Texas in jail for theft of less than $2,500, credit/debit card abuse, and fraud use/possession identifying info.

Timmie Alvarado Jr., age 41, of Cameron, was sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication probation for aggravated sexual assault of child and indecency with child sexual contact. Alvarado Jr. will also have to pay a $5000 fine and will have to abide by all sex offender conditions of probation.

Jason Willrich, age 37, Pflugherville was sentenced to 8 years in prison for tampering with physical evidence- a third degree felony.
