BRENHAM P.D. INVESTIGATES HIT AND RUN
A Houston man is hospitalized after he was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle, Wednesday night in Brenham.
Just after 8:30, Wednesday night, Officer Sierra Newell responded to the 200 block of US 290 East in reference to a hit and run.
Dispatch advised a male subject was crossing the highway and was struck by a vehicle which failed to stop.
Newell located a 34-year-old Houston man who was transported to St Joseph’s in Bryan. The victim’s name has not been released.
The search for the hit-and-run driver continues.
