FIVE SENTENCED IN LOCAL COURT
A Louisiana man has been sentenced to ten years in prison in the latest session of 21st District Court in Brenham.
43-year old Paul Borque Jr., of Starks, Louisiana pleaded guilty to two counts of Indecency with a Child—Sexual Contact, in a case from November of 2011.
Borque was sentenced to 10 years on each of the two counts. He must also register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
Also in 21st District Court:
61-year old Albert Earl Charles of Brenham was sentenced to four years in prison on each of two charges: Theft between $2500 nd $30,000 from an Elderly Individual and Exploitation of the Elderly.
Charles must also make over $11,900 in restitution.
25-year old Jamichael Travon Seals of Brenham was sentenced to 12 months in jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Seals also had his probation revoked and was sentenced to 12 months in jail for a 2012 charge of Evading Arrest.
38-year old Kimberly Renee Garcia of Bryan was placed on five years’ probation and fined $1500 for Conversion of a Controlled Substance for Personal Use. Garcia was also fined $1500 and ordered to perform 250 hours of Community Service.
And, 27-year old Kayla Lorraine Mulanax of Brenham was placed on three years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Mulanax must also perform 100 hours of Community Service.
Some of these ppl are repeat offenders and obviously need to do some time cause they aren’t learning their lesson!
