Local ladies group, the Washington County Ladies Lions Club, recently donated 110 yards of assorted fabric and thread to the Nancy Caroll Roberts Memorial Library sewing program.

The donation is the first of three special event service projects that the club is participating in during the month of June.
June is also the month the Lions Club International celebrates their 100th Anniversary.

The three June service projects will be in honor of the Lions Club’s 100 years, and will highlight the theme of 100.
