Discussions of new housing on the Blinn Brenham Campus tops the agenda for Tuesday night’s meeting of the Blinn Board of Trustees.
The board will discuss authorizing the administration to negotiate and execute a contract with Servitas LLC of Houston, for the development of a plan for financing, design, construction and operation of additional housing on the Brenham Campus.
Also on Tuesday’s agenda, the board is expected to authorize the administration to request qualifications for the professional services required for the district’s three-year audit plan.
One hour prior to the meeting, the board will meet in workshop session, where they will—among other things—discuss Phase II of the Rellis Campus project, as well as discussion of the structure of public/private partnerships for on-campus student housing projects.
The workshop session is set to begin at 4:00 p.m. in the third floor boardroom of the Blinn Administration Building at 802 Green Street in Brenham. The regular session will follow at 5:00 p.m.
