This year’s Blue Bell Fun Run raised a significant amount of funding for Brenham High School athletics.

At Monday’s Brenham School Board meeting, trustees accepted a donation of $28,000 from Run for the Youth of Washington County, the organization that puts on the Fun Run.  This year’s event was held in April and featured both in-person and virtual elements.

Ginger Bosse, a member of the Brenham Cub Booster Club, said this run benefits not only the high school athletic program, but the entire community.

Next year’s Blue Bell Fun Run will be held on April 2nd.  Registration opens this fall on October 1st.
