BURN BAN ACTIVE IN BRAZOS CO.

  

Brazos County has become the latest county in the area to enact a burn ban.

Brazos County Commissioners issued an order Tuesday prohibiting all forms of outdoor burning in unincorporated areas of the county until the order is lifted.

The burn ban comes as drought conditions in the area continue to worsen.

Brazos County joins Grimes, Lee, Madison, and Walker Counties on the list of active burn bans in the region.
