COUNTY APPRAISAL MEETING, TUESDAY
Routine matters face the Washington County Appraisal District at their regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday morning.
Among the Items on the agenda: the chief appraiser report; preliminary discussion of the 2020-21 budget; a COVID-19 report; the financial report; and a report on the 2020 appraisal notices.
There will also be a public forum.
Tuesday’s meeting of the Washington County Appraisal District will be at 10 a.m. at the Brenham ISD Tax Office, 1301 Niebuhr Street.

Taxes going up AGAIN
Will we have our money retund to us since the schools were closed?
Have to pay for EMS Helicopter and it’s new hangar in old Washington some how.
The entire Washington County commissioners court is in on record stating their new EMS helicopter will incur not one new dime of county money from our regular budget. I will take them at their word that the privatization agreement they made with the air ambulance REACH corporation IS truly no cost to the taxpayers. Let’s all keep watching.
