Washington County Commissioners will discuss an agreement with the City of Brenham for improvements to Salem Road, when they meet Tuesday morning.
The court will discuss an inter-local agreement with the city on the $43,500 project, in which the city would construct the project, while the county would reimburse the city for all costs associated with the design and construction.
Also, on Tuesday’s agenda:
Commissioners will consider a contract for an attorney to represent indigent defendants in Washington County court.
Approval of a contract for the Washington County rotation log for towing services for abandoned, impounded, junked and disabled vehicles.
And, voter on the addition of a half-mile to the county road system, of Woodland Ranch Lane in Woodland Farms in Chappell Hill.
County Commissioners Court will meet Tuesday in the Washington County Courthouse Annex at 9 a.m.
