GIDDINGS FIESTA SATURDAY IN DOWNTOWN PLAZA
A celebration of Hispanic culture is happening this weekend in Giddings.
The inaugural Giddings Fiesta will fill the Giddings downtown plaza with numerous free activities to enjoy on Saturday from noon to 10 p.m.
The day’s events will include mariachi music, dancing horses, folklórico, Aztec dancers, a Selena look-a-like contest and a Grito contest.
Guests will also be able to shop at food and boutique vendors and enjoy music from Elisa Peña and DJ Superman.
