The Washington County Ladies Lions Club will meet Monday October 23 at noon at the Cannery Kitchen. Guest speakers are Sheriff Department members Jay Petrash and David Blakley. Members are to bring eyeglasses, items for the Casa for Kids and homebound Seniors. The public is invited to attend, RSVP is not required, lunch is available.
The Burton Lady Panther Volleyball Team will host Milano in their final regular season match on Tuesday, October 24. The JV will begin things at 5pm, followed by the Varsity afterwards. It will also be Seniors Night at the Burton High School Gym.
The Brenham Cubette Volleyball team will play College Station at The Brenham Highschool on October 24th @6pm.
