The Burton Panthers are scheduled to face Schulenburg in a non-district game on Friday, September 13, at 7:30pm. The location will be determined by whether or not the construction at Panther Stadium has been completed.
The Brenham Cub Football Team will go on the road to face the Bryan Vikings on Friday, September 13, at 7:30pm at Merrill Green Stadium in Bryan. KWHI will have live coverage beginning with the pregame at 7pm.
The 2024 Washington County Fair Parade in Brenham, will take place on Saturday, September 14 at 10:30 AM. The parade will begin at the intersection of Main Street and South Market Street and will feature floats, bands, and fire trucks. The theme for this year’s parade is “Celebrating Our Rising Stars”
The Burton Panther and Lady Panther Cross Country Teams will be competing in the Kardia Academy Invitational in Houston on Saturday, September 14. The meet is scheduled to begin at 8am.
The Blinn Buccaneer Volleyball Team will be taking part in Day Two of the Amarillo Tournament on Saturday, September 14, at Amarillo College. The Bucs are scheduled to face Amarillo College at 9am, followed by Independence Community College at 11:30am.
