FIVE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
A Spring man has been sentenced to prison time on a weapons charge in the latest edition of 21st Judicial District Court of Washington County.
29-year-old Tyler Brice Johnson of Spring was sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty to Unlawful Possession Firearm by Felon – a Second Degree Felony. Johnson was arrested in March of this year.
Also sentenced, Thursday:
29-year-old Mitchell Anderson of College Station was sentenced to 652 days in jail for a 2019 arrest for Burglary of a Building – a State Jail Felony.
58-year-old Morris Lee McCullouch of Brenham was placed on four years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance – a Third Degree Felony. McCollouch was also fined $1000 and ordered to perform 150 hours of community service.
44-year-old Cheryl Lynn Maynard of Brenham received three years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance – a State Jail Felony. Maynard was also fined $500 and ordered to perform 150 hours of community service.
And, 51-year-old Roman Palomarez, III of Brenham was sentenced to three years’ probation for Possession of Controlled Substance – a State Jail Felony. Palomarez was also fine $500 and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service.
