LOCAL TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO WEAPON ARREST

A Killeen man was taken into custody, following a traffic stop, Wednesday morning by Brenham Police.
Just after 8:15 a.m., Brenham Police conducted a traffic stop near the 500 block of US Highway 290 East.
An investigation was conducted and 30-year-old Ronald Banner of Killeen, was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Carrying a Weapon.
Banner was taken to the Washington County Jail.
