subHUB CLOSING PERMANENTLY ON WEDNESDAY

Today (Wednesday) is the last day that vaccines will be administered at the Regional Vaccination subHUB at the Washington County Expo.

Healthcare workers prepare to administer a COVID-19 vaccine at the Washington County Expo Center.

Final second doses will be given from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Anyone who received their first dose from the subHUB but has not yet received their second dose should plan to attend today.

Officials at the subHUB announced last month that no more doses of the vaccine would be administered after today, due in part to declining demand and more vaccines becoming available at clinics and pharmacies.

The subHUB has been in operation since January.  As of last week, over 56,000 vaccine doses have been administered, including over 31,000 first doses and over 25,000 second doses.

  1. I would like to thank all of the women and men that made this a quick process. Most if not all were in uniform, and all were very courteous and helpful.
