P.J. Hall

The Houston Texans hope to add depth to the defensive line with the signing of former Sam Houston State defensive tackle P.J. Hall.

Hall spent his first two NFL seasons with the Oakland Raiders, where he was drafted in the second round in 2018.  He was traded from the Raiders to the Minnesota Vikings, but failed his physical.  The Raiders then waived him.

Hall recorded 1.5 sacks and 48 tackles in his two seasons with the Raiders.

The Seguin native was an All-Southland Conference player in each of his four seasons at Sam Houston State.  He was named the conference defensive player of the year in his junior season.
