THREE INJURED IN OVERNIGHT SHOOTING IN WASHINGTON CO.

  

Three people were injured after a late night shooting in Washington County.

According to a release from Sheriff Otto Hanak, deputies responded to a shots fired call shortly after midnight Sunday at a truck rental agency at the intersection of Highway 105 and FM 1155.

Upon arrival, deputies learned that numerous shots had been fired and that three people, ranging in age from 29 to 40, were wounded.  They also found that a building and several vehicles were damaged by the gunfire.

The three victims were transferred by helicopter and ambulance to hospitals in Bryan/College Station.  Hanak said their conditions appeared stable as of Sunday morning.

Investigation is ongoing and is being led by the Sheriff's Office with the assistance of the Texas Rangers.  Hanak said numerous leads into the identity of the suspects are being investigated, and asked anyone with information related to this crime to call 979-277-7373.

The Sheriff's Office was assisted at the scene by the Brenham, Blinn and Navasota Police Departments, along with DPS Troopers.
