THREE-YEAR OLD DIES IN ACCIDENTAL SHOOTING IN MONTGOMERY CO.
A Montgomery County three-year-old is dead after he accidentally shot himself at his own birthday party.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the tragic incident occurred just after 4 p.m. Saturday at a home in Porter.
According to witnesses, several adults were playing cards when they heard a gunshot. They found the boy with a fatal chest wound.
Investigators said the child had picked up a handgun that had fallen from a family member’s coat pocket.

Judge not, least ye be judged. This terrible tragedy has just happened to this poor family and I am very sure that no one feels worse than these poor parents. Try to be empathetic and imagine how you would feel. And I certainly have no personal knowledge of how this toddler managed to find this gun, but, I do know they are very curious and manage to get into things quickly. My prayers are with them.
Praying for this family very sad tragic loss at young age. I also think that no adults or no parents should leave out guns in unattended areas. Please parents please I urge you that you all Parents supervise your children more often this is very sad situation. In a way its the adults fault for not paying attention to their child while they were playing card games. Its a tragic loss definitely for this family. Please Parents watch and care for your children more often in safer way. Children shouldn’t be playing with guns at all but like I said its these parents fault for not giving Proper Care for their children or none of this wouldn’t have happened. Im sorry but this is my opinion.
