BRENHAM ROAD TO CLOSE FOR TWO WEEKS
Construction will close down Dixie Road at the Highway 36 Loop in Brenham for several weeks.
Dixie Road was closed earlier this week due to the expansion of the Highway 36 Loop.
The Texas Department of Transportation said the closure is needed to allow completion of the tie-in of Dixie Road and the new main lanes of traffic on Highway 36.
TxDOT officials say Dixie Road will be closed for approximately two weeks.
