LOCAL GRAND JURY RETURNS 22 INDICTMENTS

  

The 21st District Court Grand Jury has returned 22 indictments at their session today (Tuesday).

Among the indictments:

30-year old Dillon Keith Foerster of Brenham on charges of Assault of a Family Member—Impede Breath and Continuous Violence Against a Family Member.

34-year old Eric Tremaine Green of Washington on charges of Forgery of a Financial Instrument Involving the Elderly and Burglary of a Building.

38-year old Tracey Heard of Brenham on three charges of Forgery of a Financial Instrument Involving the Elderly.

42-year old Jason Todd Hrachovy (Rock-a-way) for Criminal Mischief Between $2500-and-$30,000.

33-year old Glenward Ray Jackson of Brenham for two counts of Credit Card Abuse and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

25-year old Dillon Wayne Johnson of Magnolia for Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle.

25-year old Kassandra Love of Brenham for two counts of Debit Card Abuse.

20-year old Christopher Marzano of Austin on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance and a charge of Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

30-year old Damario Lakendrick Mosley of Brenham for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone.

Indicted on February 21st was 26-year old Jordan Howard of Navasota on a charge of Injury to a Disabled Individual.

Indicted by the Grand Jury on July 25th were eleven Washington County Jail inmates on charges of Riot Participation for the uprising at the jail on June 17th.

Those inmates indicted include:

34-year old Christopher Bazile of Houston; 27-year old Keatron Obrian Bimage of Brenham; 27-year old Anthony Wayne Burns Jr. of Brenham; 26-year old Javon Lavelle Coleman of Houston; 19-year old Michael Dixon of Brenham; 29-year old Kevin Wayne Ealey Jr. of Brenham; 20-year old Jordan Alexander Graves of Brenham; 36-year old Randell Lee Harvey Jr. of Brenham; 19-year old Daperrion Dewayne Lott of Brenham; 19-year old Zachary Charles Moerbe of Brenham; and 19-year old Damien Rios of Brenham.

  1. Can someone explain this indictment system to me. Why do people het punished for the same crime twice? If a person gets pulled over and has something illegal on them, gets arrested, bonds out and pays their fines that should be all of it. I dont understand why then months later they can be indicted, a warrant issued and arrested again for that original mistake. What if that person learned from that mistake that day and turned his/her life around? You mean to tell me that the court system is gonna go punish them again? Sounds like its more about generating money than protecting the innocent….
