$4000 WORTH OF TOOLS STOLEN FROM SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION SITE

  

Brenham police are investigating the theft of about $4000 worth of tools from the construction site of the new elementary school in the 1200 block of South Market.

Brenham police officer Heather Sowders met with the victim who told her he left his tool bag at the work site at about 6:30 Thursday evening.  He came Friday morning, found the large tool bag open.  He said some $4000 in tools were stolen.  The investigation continues.
