The Washington County Lady Lions prepared for April as Child Abuse Prevention Month by hearing from County Attorney Renee Ann Mueller about the process their office, law enforcement, children and court appointed Special Advocates go through to protect the children of the county.

The WCLLC project provides blankets to law enforcement to have for these children as they are removed from harm’s way, and is just another part of the assistance given to our youth in times of crisis.
