TWO ARRESTED ON MARIJUANA CHARGES
Two Brenham women face marijuana charges after a traffic stop Monday night.
Just before 10:00, Officer Terrence Johnson conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of US 290 West.
Johnson says he could smell the strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
During a search, marijuana was found.
Arrested were, Natalia Isabel Moreno and Sherrell Shantrice Warren, both 18, and both from Brenham – Each is charged with Possession of marijuana under 2 oz.
