BRENHAM PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD TO DISCUSS FORMING OF 1.1 ACRE TRACT

  

The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission Board will consider forming a 1.109 acre tract to be known as Lot 1, Block 1 of Main Street Plaza when they meet on Monday.

The board will discuss and consider the re-plat of reserve #3 of the L.D. Brown Subdivision, Lot 4 of Beckers Subdivision of Lot 22 of the Davidson Addition and an unimproved portion of Live Oak Street to form the 1.109 acre tract.

Board will then consider a preliminary plat as well as a final plat for The Crosswinds Subdivision, consisting of approximately 42.9 acres located on Fritz Road, out of the A. Harrington Survey.

The 2016 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting dates will also be discussed.

The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission Board will meet Monday, at 5:15pm on the second floor of City Hall in the Council Chambers.
