TRAFFIC LIGHTS OUT
Traffic lights are reported out in at least two locations in Washington County.
The lights are out at FM-577 and Highway-36 Loop, just past Brenham Elementary.
The lights are also out in the Westwood area west of Brenham.
Commuters are asked to treat the intersections as four-way stops.
