LADY LION OF THE YEAR TO BE ANNOUNCED

  

The Lion of the Year will be announced by the Washington County Ladies Lions Club during their meeting at noon Monday.

Club immediate Past President LaVerne Krumrey will announce the Lion of the Year, the Rookie of the Year, perfect attendance and other awards Monday.  The Washington County Ladies Lions Club will meet at noon Monday at the Cannery Kitchen in downtown Brenham.  The club is also collecting electric fans to be given to homebound senior citizens during the fan drive at Brenham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Thursday, July 11^th.
