BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR MARIJUANA POSSESSION

A Brenham man faces a marijuana possession charge after a traffic stop Wednesday night.
Shortly before 11:00, 24-year old Alexander William Clark was pulled over in the 800 block of Matchett Street.
Sgt. Joseph Merkley says he could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle.
Merkley found a plastic bag in the back seat floorboard that contain several other baggies of marijuana.
Clark was taken into custody and charged with Possession of marijuana over 4 ounces and under 5 pounds

Because of big Pharma marijuana is illegal. In my opinion marijuana is safer than most Psych drugs with less side effects. Imagine not having to go to the doctor to check your blood for your liver enzymes and your kidneys. Alcoholics want to fight. Potheads just want to eat a pizza and relax, so passive

Autopsy showed Trayvon had marijuana in his system. The justice system, based on all evidence. determined he attacked Zimmerman and Zimmerman responded in self defense. Just the facts here.

I’m all for legalization of marijuana but not driving around smoking it. Although it’s not as harmful as most people claim it does still impair you. 90 % of arrest are because the officer smells it because the occupant just smoked some. Keep it at home and no one messes with you.
So silly. We should ban poison ivy and cactus also, those plants actually hurt people.
I agree…I know tons of people who break into homes to steal appliances and such in order to pawn them and use that money to buy cactus and poison ivy.
