The Fortnightly Club of Brenham has announced the winners for the 2016 Home Decorating Contest.

This year, the Fortnightly Club gave away five awards as part of the contest. Signs will be placed outside each home designating them as a 2016 Home Decorating Contest Winner. Awards this year went to:

Best Overall Award- Charlyn and Walt Schoenvogel for their home at 1801 Walsch Dr.
Christmas Elegance Award- Casey Finke for the home located at 2103 Timberline.
Religious Decoration Award- Floyd and Sheryl Stegent for their home at 1802 Niebuhr.
Best Decorated Door Award- Robin Cook for the home at 1800 Niebuhr Street.
Judges’ Choice Award- George and Wallene Lorenz for their home at 500 Pecan Street.
