SALVATION ARMY BELL RINGING CAMPAIGN A SUCCESS

Faith Mission in Brenham says the Salvation Army’s Bell Ringing campaign has been a success this holiday season, thanks largely to community involvement.

Rev. Randy Wells, the executive director of Faith Mission, says the campaign was more lucrative this year than ever before:

Rev. Wells says the campaign was also helped thanks to corporate sponsors including Wal-Mart and Brenham National Bank. While the holidays are coming to a close, it’s not too late to donate to the cause:

Donations are accepted year-round to Faith Mission. The organization provides a number of services in Washington County including family and individual counseling, food, clothing, medical care, vocational and educational training, as well as providing a no-charge homeless shelter.

  1. WOW, it was amazing to see so many Bell Ringers gathered together this morning for a group photo. It’s amazing how Washington County as a whole is represented in such a simple act of volunteering a few hours of our lives to impact our CommUNITY. I am grateful that my family was blessed to be involved with Faith Mission’s 2016 Salvation Army Bell Ringing Season and look forward to many more. The Preston’s thank each and everyone for volunteering and sharing your #redkettlereason.
