19-YEAR-OLD STUDENT CHARGED WITH MURDER OF TRISTAN HOUSTON
A 19-year-old has been charged with murder after the body of a Prairie View A&M student was found in a wooded area in Waller.
The Waller County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ayinde Williams, 19, on Friday night for the shooting death of 20-year-old Tristan Houston.
Houston was reported missing on Wednesday. Investigators found his body in a wooded area in Hockley, along Clear Creek Road.
Police said the suspect was also a student at Prairie View A&M. Authorities have not released a motive behind the shooting as the investigation is ongoing.
William’s bond has been set at $150,000.
