WASHINGTON COUNTY GRAND JURY RETURNS 20 INDICTMENTS

  

Three men who were arrested after a grab and run theft at the Murphy USA gas station in Brenham were indicted by the Washington County 21st Grand Jury today (Tuesday).

20-year-old Ivory Dywite Cornett, 25-year-old John Anthony Jones, and 23-year-old Donald Ray Kimbrough, Jr., all of Houston, were indicted on charges of Engaging in Criminal Activity.

The charges stem from a January 30th incident when the men allegedly grabbed several boxes of cigarettes from the gas station and then fled the scene in the vehicle. The Waller Police Department later located and detained the men.

The Washington County 21st Grand Jury returned 20 indictments total.   Only the names of those that have been arrested can be released and they are as follows:

22-year-old Garrett Bednarsky, of Conroe, for Possession of Marijuana and Manufacture/Delivery Controlled Substance.

24-year-old Jose Vega-Giron, of Chappell Hill, for Evading Arrest/Detention with Vehicle.

34-year-old Eric Tremain Green, of Washington, for Burglary of Building.

31-year-old Racheal Hakemack, of Brenham, Possession of Controlled Substance.

36-year-old Kendahl Main, of Brenham, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and four cases of Theft of Firearm.

49-year-old Charlotte Renee Neuman, Brenham, for Credit/Debit Card Abuse.

48-year-old Sandra Renee Tillman, of Brenham, for Possession of Controlled Substance.

The identities of two people previously indicted by Washington County Grand Jury were also released. Only the names of those that have been arrested can be released at the time of the indictment. Those indicted on April 21st include:

46-year-old Dustin Dewayne Amerson, of Brenham, for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Member and Aggravated Assault Deadly Weapon.

29-year-old Kevin Wayne Ealey, Jr., of Brenham, for Delivery of Marijuana Remuneration, Drug Free Zone, (repeat offender), Manufacture/Delivery Controlled Substance, Drug Free Zone, (repeat offender), and Manufacture/Delivery Controlled Substance (repeat offender).
