COMMISSIONERS APPROVE OIL EXPLORATION ITEMS TUESDAY
Washington County Commissioners approved a number of items dealing with oil and gas exploration in the county this (Tuesday) morning. Commissioners approved a temporary water line across Lange Lake Road, Hummingbird Road, Old Mill Creek Road, Pecan Mill Lane and Indian Creek Lane for Select Energy Services. They also approved a temporary water line crossing of Christian Cemetery Road for Enervest Operating Company.
Commissioners approved a Natural Gas Pipeline along Wickle Road in precinct 4 for GeoSouthern Energy Partners to service several wells in that area. They also approved the crossing of 10 roads in precinct 4 by cables used in seismic testing.
In other action, commissioners approved a road bore on Lakewood Circle in precinct 3 for the repair of a water line by PGMS – Central Washington County Water Supply. The also approved the purchase of four Window Surface Pro Computers for the Justices of the Peace. The computers will cost $2600 each and will be funded by the JP Technology Fund.
