TWO ARRESTED FOR NO DRIVERS’ LICENSE
Two people face similar charges following separate arrests in Brenham this weekend.
Friday night, around 10:30, Officer Andrew Adams conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of North Market St.
The driver, 57-year old Jessie Andrews of Brenham, was found to not have a valid driver’s license. Andrews was placed in custody for driving while license invalid with previous convictions.
Saturday night, just before 7:00, Officer Eddie Martinez conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Academy.
It was found that the driver, 27-year old Ninja McCoy of Hempstead, also had an invalid driver’s license with previous convictions.
Andrews and McCoy were each placed in custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.
