  1. Do a quick name search on young Mr. Cooksey on this very website and you will find that he has been “picked on” by law enforcement on a regular basis. Said another way, he has committed crimes and been arrested often.

  2. Really! How can u be trespassing at Walmart when u have never been in trouble at Walmart. Come on Brenham quit picking on our young men…. No Devun was not trespassing.. Quit targeting people….

    1. The young man being “picked on” had two active warrants that included Evading Arrest/Detention and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Does not sound to me like an innocent young man sent to the store to buy groceries…..just sayin.

Also, for a trespass arrest to stick, the offender has to have been previously told by someone in law enforcement not to return to specific premises (this could include any Wal-mart). If this product of such fine parenting was actually arrested, there is without a doubt a past problem where he was in trouble with Wal-mart. Parents, raise your kids to follow the law/rules and their pictures will not end up on pages like this.

    2. the only thing that walmart has to do is to tell people to leave the store for what ever reason like being loud or disorderly and if they return then these people are trespassing your are banned from walmart this is the same for any other store or eating establishment
