INDUSTRY MAN SENTENCED TO PRISON IN LATEST COURT
An Austin County man has been sentenced to prison in the latest session of 21st District Court.

19-year old Joshua Scott Waters of Industry, had his probation revoked and was sentenced to six years in prison for a 2016 arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Waters was also fined $2500 for the Second Degree Felony.
Also in District Court, Thursday:
36-year old Alicia Marie Landry of Brenham was sentenced to 15 months in jail on three charges.
Landry pleaded guilty to two counts of Forgery of a Financial Instrument and one count of Credit/Debit Card Abuse.

56-year old Willie Glaze of Houston was sentenced to eight months behind bars on a pair of charges: Forgery of a Financial Instrument and Theft of Property between $2500-and-$30,000.
Glaze was arrested back in April of 2016.
And, 28-year old Quashaleque Alex of Brenham was placed on 10 years’ probation for Felony—Injury to a Disabled Individual.
She was also fined $500, ordered to perform 200 hours of Community Service and ordered to never work again as a caregiver.
