NEW CONCERT HALL SET TO OPEN IN DOWNTOWN BRENHAM

  

A new music venue is close to opening in downtown Brenham.

Opening in September, the 4 Star Concert Hall on Market Street will feature live entertainment seven days a week, along with a sports bar and backyard patio.  Owner John Elford says once he saw the building on Market Street, he knew just what he wanted to do with it.

 

The concert hall will feature four separate stages for musicians.  Entertainment Director Jessica Jerrett says this will allow all kinds of performers to have a chance for exposure in Brenham.

 

Four nights a week, there will be an open mic session, sponsored and emceed by the headliner for the evening.  Elford says there will be a wide variety of specialty drinks and local favorites available at the bar.

He says people who have been following the project for the past year or so can look forward to something special.
